Once you complete this programme you will be able to apply accounting and numeracy skills to enter an accounting occupation directly and be able to deal with all procedures such as understanding accounting and management principles to have the acquired knowledge and skills of accounting systems generally used by business enterprises, also to have the knowledge and skills of all administrative-accounting tasks.
The National N-Diploma: Financial management includes the N4 – N6 Certificates that enable students to use the business skills and knowledge learned to pursue a career in Entrepreneurship, run their own businesses, or work in a retail, wholesale or generic management environment.

Time you will spend on the course:
You can complete the diploma in 2 years with 18 months in-service training. A year planner and academic calendar is available at the start of the year with dates and times of classes and campus activities to help you plan your schedule.
Can I study part time?
Yes, but you will need to register as a corresponding student. The National N-Diploma (practical) portion of this qualification is not available as a part-time option.

All examinations are external (national)
Admission Requirements
N4: Grade 12 (with related subjects and 50% pass)
N5: N4 Certificate or equivalent qualification
N6: N5 Certificate or equivalent qualification
Candidates are expected to pass a short literacy (English) assessment before acceptance into this course. The medium of teaching in this course is English and students must be able to speak and write English.

The strength in your qualification:
Certificates and Diplomas are conferred by the Department of Higher Education and Training. All qualifications are nationally recognized by industry and universities.
Upon successful completion of this program, learners will receive a National Certificate at each Level N4, N5, N6 and a National N Diploma in Financial management (on completion of N4-N6 and 18 months in-service training).
When can I enroll?
Enrolment in January and July
Duration
18 months full-time (each level is 6 months). 18 months practical work experience in industry for a National N-Diploma.

Submission
Option 1: Complete the online ‘Contact us Form’ and one of the iCALC staff members will contact you.
Option 2: Complete the ‘Registration Form’ and email your form to mylene@icalcta.co.za, along with all supporting documents.
Option 3: Come to our campus and let us help you fill in all the forms.
Verification:
The submission is checked, and all supporting documentation is verified.
Registration:
Successful applicants will be required to pay the registration fee and first installment or deposit to finalize their registration.
The Registration is then captured and submitted, and your student number will then be issued.
